These evaluations are designed to streamline and standardize the process of evaluating employee skills through designated evaluators. Our aim is to provide supervisors with a robust mechanism to request, conduct, and review skill evaluations efficiently.

For Supervisors: Streamlining Skill Evaluations

Skill Evaluations allow supervisors to request expert assessments of their employees’ skills, ensuring thorough and consistent evaluations. Supervisors can configure the scope of the evaluations and notify evaluators via email, simplifying the process and improving accuracy.

  • Request Creation: Supervisors can navigate to the employee status page, select “Request skills evaluation,” and configure the evaluation scope. They can select or modify assigned skillsets and designate an evaluator before submitting the request.
  • Notification: Evaluators receive email notifications with a link to the evaluation session.
  • Evaluation Process: Evaluators can rate the skills based on the defined scope and submit the evaluation, which is stored in the employee’s profile.
  • Post-Evaluation: Employees receive a summary of the evaluation, and supervisors can review the results to identify skill gaps and training needs.
