Thanks to our integration with Courier, TalentBoost now delivers timely, targeted notifications that help employees, managers, and HR teams stay ahead of critical actions, updates, and skill development milestones. Whether it’s certificate approvals, feedback loops, or onboarding completions, you’ll never miss a beat.
This release marks the beginning of a three-stage rollout that brings smarter communication and better transparency to how teams grow and collaborate in TalentBoost.
Stage 1: In-App Notifications (Now Live)
The first stage of the Notifications rollout is already live and available to all users.
From your dashboard, you’ll now receive real-time in-app notifications for key actions across the platform. This helps managers stay on top of team progress and approvals, while employees get timely prompts to take action. Notifications reduce delays and make the learning and development journey more efficient for everyone.

- New skills to rate
- New skills evaluation request
- Assessment completed
- Onboarding completed
- Certificate awaiting your approval
- Certificate expiring
- Employee certificate expiring
- Feedback available for you
- Feedback request received
- New comment on your feedback
- Training requests pending
Whether you’re managing certifications or responding to feedback, these alerts make it easier to act quickly and keep everyone aligned.
Stage 2: Slack & Microsoft Teams integration (Mid Q2)
The second stage will extend notifications beyond the TalentBoost platform and into the tools your teams already use such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
This integration is designed for convenience, helping your teams stay informed and respond quickly without needing to switch platforms. By delivering updates directly into daily communication tools, we’re making it easier to stay on top of what matters most.
Stage 3: Custom Notifications (Late Q2)
The third and final stage will give managers the power to configure their own custom notifications. Whether it’s flagging specific milestones, monitoring goal progress, or nudging team members at the right moment, this stage brings precision and personalization into how teams stay informed.
With this added flexibility, notifications evolve from passive alerts to strategic communication tools that are aligned with the unique rhythms of each team.
