Sales Manager

Job description

For our sales team in Warsaw, Poland we are looking for Sales Manager with fluent English, responsible for closing deals.

Are you good at identifying lead needs and understanding clients’ goals? Do you enjoy closing deals? Are you interested in uncapped commission? If YES, then DevSKiller.com is a right place for you.

Accountabilities:

  • be a part of full sales cycle from prospecting,qualifying to closing new business,
  • maintain and expand both outbound and inbound leads,
  • identify lead needs and understand business drivers behind requests and effectively communicate how we can support potential clients to meet their goal,
  • understand clients’ goals and ensure goals are being met and exceeded,
  • take a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities,
  • influence the way our sales process works so we can become unstoppable,
  • reach monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals,
  • find yourself wearing multiple hats: sales manager, sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience – ideally in technology, SaaS, web application or HR industry,
  • fluency in English along with excellent, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (minimum C1),
  • eager to close deals and not afraid to talk to people,
  • hands-on, strategic, won’t-take-no-for-an-answer approach,
  • passion for technology and how it can support reaching company’s goals,
  • a self-motivated, team player who is able to work in a small, fast paced, exciting environment with or without oversight.
